What’s really silly is the insane amount of spam and bogus comments that we have to weed out and the backend brute force attacks that happen on a daily basis. (Don’t get me started!) As for the case sensitive captcha upper or lower case is supposed to only matter for letters of the alphabet where the difference is obvious (A vs a, B vs b etc.). I have a suspicion that if you’re lazy about case sensitivity it probably doesn’t matter all that much here 9 out of 10 times 😉
