When someone finds a way to combine Daryl Dixon, The Walking Dead and Super Mario Bros. 2 it truly is a brilliant work of art. If there was any way for the Nintendo Entertainment System to be any more awesome, THIS would have been it. This awesome t-shirt is a fun mashup of The Walking Dead’s Daryl Dixon with one of my favorite old school 8-bit video games of all time, Super Mario Bros. 2.
The attention to detail in this design is very cool. Daryl’s jumping in true Mario style. He’s got his crossbow over his shoulder and he’s carrying around a zombie head. In his left hand is a crossbow bolt. To stay true to the Super Mario Bros. 2 NES game box cover art, there is even a “Survival Entertainment System” logo on the box. So awesome!
