The Walking Dead Comic Rick Grimes Vinyl Bust Bank
The popular line of vinyl The Walking Dead bust banks continues with it’s very first human character from the comic: Rick Grimes. This vinyl bank measures about 8 inches tall and features Rick Grimes with long hair, a full beard and wearing his Sheriff coat. His holding a pistol in his left hand and that’s probably because he’s missing his right hand. While this Walking Dead gift looks like a detailed and skillfully sculpted and painted bust (which it is) it’s also a coin bank. There’s a coin slot in the base for depositing coins and a plug in the base to allow you to retrieve them when that next awesome Walking Dead collectible is released.

Wondering why this doesn’t look anything like Rick Grimes from TV? Why is he missing his right hand?! Yes folks, there was a Walking Dead comic way before the TV series debuted. In fact to date the comic has well over 100 issues and a decade of existence under it’s belt. I only mention this because we were shocked by how many people criticized this bust when we first posted about it on our blog and facebook. Many criticized this because it looks nothing like actor Andrew Lincoln. We also received a lot of complaints and inquiries that his right hand is missing. We understand there are many people just new to the world of The Walking Dead. It’s important to note to all of our new friends that the comic book inspired the TV series. Whenever you see that red “The Walking Dead” like the one you see at the base of this bust it’s going to be a product attributed to the comic.
